Yūgun wants you to be excited and have a great experience about your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, YūSupport team is here to help. Here’s some important notes for you when returning a purchased Yūgun from Yū and our partners.

Yūgun Return Policy:

  • You have 60 calendar days from date you received your Yūgun order.

  • Please be sure to include your original Yūgun order number, or else our team will not be able to issue you a refund. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our YūSupport Team before shipping your unit back, and we would be happy to serve you.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to Yūgun. Yūgun products purchased through other partners must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • Yūgun does not cover shipping costs or insurance for returns. Contact our customer support team for a return address.

  • Products and packaging must be in fresh, undamaged condition when returned. Any products that show signs of wear or are soiled in any way will be considered "unacceptable," and you will be informed accordingly. You will be responsible for ensuring that the returned product is in good working order and that all pieces are included.

  • Please repackage the item you're returning with all of the cords, attachments, and paperwork that came with it when you first purchased it. If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 8% will apply

  • Yūgun is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

  • Once our YūSupport team receives and inspects your returned product, We will initiate your refund within 5-7 working days. Our YūSupport team will send a confirmation email to your associated address. Your refund will be processed in the same manner as your original payment form.

Individual products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

What if I want to cancel my purchase?

As we work very quickly to ensure the product reaches you as soon as possible, there is an extremely small window of time after an order is confirmed to make any changes. Reach out to us at  should you need to make any edits to your order.

If you cannot pick the unit up from the original address, YūSupport team will then contact you to confirm a desired address change.

If you would like a refund, upon delivery, you can refuse the package and it will be sent back to our warehouse. Once the package has been returned, we will then contact you confirming your refund.
